UPDATE 2/24/2021
While the Governor has recently lifted restrictions for fully vaccinated individuals, according to the VT Agency of Commerce and Community Development, businesses and organizations are still prohibited from public multi-household gatherings meaning that at this time, we continue to be restricted as far as funeral services.
We are continually monitoring the restrictions and are committed to offering families calling hours, funeral services, and gatherings as soon as possible - including those families who have lost loved ones at any time during the pandemic and were not able to have the services they desired.
Following is a quote from the February 23, 2021 memo issued to Vermont businesses and employers:
"Multi-household social gatherings indoors and outdoors in public and private spaces are prohibited for individuals who are not vaccinated. Vaccinated individuals or households may get together with one other vaccinated or non-vaccinated household at a time. Businesses and organizations remain unable to accommodate public multi-household social gatherings whether an individual is vaccinated or not. "
We encourage everyone to show their love and support to the families of those who have passed by sharing condolences, memories, pictures, and videos on the Tribute Wall found on each individual’s obituary page.
